because lemmy is pretty new and lemmynsfw is brand new
Most people using social sites are just lurking, not commenting. Even fewer post content. The only way to change that is to do it yourself and encourage others to do so as well. I'm sure this instance will continue to grow as well.
Because the admins are destroying this website with content policy changes
