i almost thought this was actually made in win95
Glad my translation of the window was on point then! This was made in Krita, a FOSS art program. I actually made it under a size and color constriction to be recreated as a Mario Maker 2 comment, which I ended up doing a week later.
Love it! The little dog looks like a Sonic OC. (When I first saw him, I mistook him for Tails😅 )
Tails is basically the reason I found out I wanted to be a fox when I was like 7, so he's had an influence on my identity for sure. Without the full body and no color to go on, he does look a lot like him.
