I always have very conflicted feelings about the idea of selling Fred.... Can we sell the bad Fred and keep the pastor?
- That's been the problem with Fred though is he's too inconsistent. He's good on his day but we can't rely on him
  
  Sadly have to agree. I do wish him all the best though, he's been a consummate professional and always tries his best
