  • Well that's good, because as far as I know he hasn't been convicted yet. Innocent until proven guilty.

    • Wow. Innocent until proven guilty wasn't implemented in the UK until The Human Rights Act of 1998.

      Was it implemented prior to that, or is that really a new thing?

      • Nope the uk as far as I know as I'm not a legal expert doesn't even have a declaration of Human rights freedom of speech freedom of assembly freedom of the press and or many other crucial laws

    • 1000006910 I'm only using one example that has been corroborated, but there's a lot of allegations on him going way back, to the extent that this was an open secret in the industry? I don't understand what you need to see from a conviction that you can't already. Public opinion isn't the same as legal.
