Whats your favorite Fan-Edit for the prequels?

Gonna try and get my wife to watch Star Wars but I’m not sure I can go through a lot of the drivel of Episode 1 & 2 . Do you guys prefer a fan-edit? Would love if it’s in 4K HDR.
