Hardware for surveillance?
I'm planning to set up a CCTV system to watch around a building. Anybody running Shinobi or something? And if so, what hardware are you using? I bought some cheapo v380s but the ones I got are honestly hot garbage.

@jcg I use iSPY agent DVR running as a docker container in a VM on proxmox. It records 24/7 to a 2TB external drive mounted on the docker container. Its really lightweight and great for my use.
I was so impressed by the performance that I went ahead and paid for a premium membership to Agent DVR. I have a mix of cameras and it seems to work with all of them without issues.
