Potentially stupid question: How long does it take for these upstream changes to make their way to Ubuntu?
- Not sure if there's a definite timeline. While Ubuntu is Debian-based, as far as I know they handle releases very differently. Often Ubuntu "stable" has a bit more up to date versions of things than Debian "stable".
- Ubuntu syncs packages from to Debian Unstable, not Stable, so it's not directly affected by this release.
