I started out in traditional Japanese martial arts, been doing some Muay Thai on the side for the last few years

I just started boxing. It’s fun and good for cardio and body awareness
2 0 ReplyBoxing is awesome. Be interesting to see if the footwork improves your standup. I always thought the distance management and angles would help
