This is a bit of a cultural thing. Grilling whole onions. It's my favorite, I could eat 4 in one sitting.

Honest question as I would try this. After grilling, do you just bite into them like an apple? Do you eat them plain? Looks good!
Not like an apple for sure.
I personally peal the outer most layer as it's burnt a bit, but some people love it. I like to eat them layer by layer, pealing one at a time. Does that make sense?
