Ya. This shit is on the top of lemmy but how Ukraine just bombed the fuck out of Moscow and agrees to a cease fire with America reestablishing military support and intelligence services to Ukraine is nowhere to be seen.

Wouldn't both parties need to agree to a cease fire for it to take effect? So far, Ukraine is the only one that agreed.
