When I went to Panera they had bread as one of the sides so I would get my sandwich with a side of bread.
I'll ordered a bread bowl with a side of bread. Just not feeling the apple or chips.
Don't forget your heart attack lemonade that has 4 or 5 times more caffiene than a Red Bull but is marketed as equivalent to 'a dark roast coffee'.
