What are y'all's thoughts on maybe banning Twitter links? Imma be honest, main reason I might feel against it is that there's good news on there and also I'm just one guy and might not be able to catch it all; but obviously on the other hand fuck Nazis, so...
I think most/many/all of us are here on Lemmy because of the conduct of a tech bro being a prurient bell end? In comparison, that’s small beer to what has been going on at Xitter for some time.

Please. Literally nothing good comes from there anymore. It's amazing how many people jumped ship to Bluesky just because it wasn't Twitter.
I cancelled my seldom-used Twitter account years ago. And I have been actively avoiding that platform for the last couple of years because Musk is an insufferable shitheel.
I would be very happy if we blocked Twitter links here. From what I've seen it's rare that something of value about the club and that's factually correct is only on Twitter. So I don't think we'd be losing much of value.
To be honest, I feel like we could also just like... come to a consensus about it and I'll just ban them if someone posts them anyway.
