Why does he go into a coma?
He was always in a coma. The fake tits woman is a dream and therefore not real. It's got the bones of a joke, but execution was confusing.
OH! I GET IT! The boobs aren't real but not because of implants but instead because he's dreaming in a coma!
Glad I wasn't the only one that needed that little bit of joke explaining. Heh pretty good if you got it without the confusion, I still think it's good though.
And here I was thinking he went into a coma because he touched some boobs
