How can I get this motherfucker to stop showing up in my feeds? I have him and all his subs blocked, and he still wriggles into my life.

Currently you make up over 90% of my feed.
I don’t think its your fault though. Lemmys content filters need some more work. Posts with no comments and no upvotes shouldn’t be in hot or active but they often are.

I wonder if local content gets prioritized.
