Eh, not quite, it will probably be more of a boom, then a thud... Then a very long hissss.
The Boom is the initial corporate spending as all regulations enforcement are dropped. The thud is the lack of workers, the opposing judges, and the state of fear over Trump's seemingly random and damaging behaviour.
The hisss will be long term economic and social damage, and the whispers of more revolutionary actions needing to be taken.
With any luck, party, political, judicial, and industries/civil/military powers will be enough to force a clean election in four years, but we'll have to see about that.
