Definitely much healthier for the animals who aren't being murdered.
I think the prevailing story right now is that meat isn't that great for you, especially red meat. I'm not a vegan but I respect the lifestyle.

  What could you possibly mean by that? Would you tell a bunch of abolitionists, "I respect what you are doing," and then go back to beating your personal slave? Genuinely, what are we supposed to take from that?
