What's a good combination of veggies for a pizza?

I mean beyond eggplant, every vegetables only pizza I ever had were meh.

Mushrooms was good too with the right kind.

What are your recipes?

Olives, paprika, onions, garlic, potato slices and barbecue sauce.
- I never really considered potatoes, but I could see potatoes and loads of onions, all precooked and then let it color in the oven. Some black olives for the contrast. Thanks
