Well, I guess it's still interesting to see this done by the BBC, other people might share if their own countries do something similar
Last time I tried they just asked for an address, so I just put one in where I happened to know they had a license, and it worked.
VPN and YouTube-dl (or better yet yt-dlp) but in that case you could just sail the high seas using more conventional means
