what's your favorite hydration drink? bonus points if it's a drink mix

SSRIs got me drinking Gatorade and Powerade all day. I don't like low sugar stuff, like Gatorlyte or Prime.

Ordinarily I just drink water, but if I feel myself being actually dehydrated then coconut water followed up by actual water.
