For me it helps a lot to talk about it. About all of it really! About what bothers me, what gives me joy and anything in between.
I recently joined a group therapy while I wait for a specialist to talk to.
I hesitated going to the group sessions, because it was scary to be so vulnerable to complete strangers, but I’m so glad I did it! It helps to see others struggle with similar stuff and hear how they deal with it. And everyone is so helpful and supportive! I love it 🥰
