So, what do we do now? Keep the lotto line, see if Lindholm can centre Mikheyev and someone (like Hoglander?) Keep Miller, Brock n Suter together and see what Petey/Lindholm/Mikheyev can do?

It's pretty good for us. We lost that Hunter prospect, a D prospect, who wasn't doing much a first and fourth.
I kinda figured we'd have to give up Hoglander or one of our top prospects like LekkermakiSorryForThePresumablyWrongSpelling or Wylander.
I was extremely worried we were sending Hog or one of our top prospects. We sent 2 low end prospects that probably would never see nhl ice. Frees up 5.5 for next year which is great.
Resigning petey and hronek should be top priority for management. If we can get lindholm to sign to that'd be great. Or if petey doesn't want to sign, we have a decent replacement in lindholm and can trade petey for a haul. But I hope that's not the case.
I think this move really shows petey that we want to compete.
Yeah, clearing the cap space AND landing Lindholm in one swing is impressive. All of a sudden, next year's signings look tricky but not crazy.
I really hope they can get Hronek for something reasonable.
And fully agree re showing Petey. Heck, I bet we grab another (smaller) piece or two.
