Which admin can I message about a ban evading user?
I'm a mod of /c/conservative and we have a troublesome user who keeps making new accounts to evade our bans.
Please, IP ban him. I can give you the details.

IP banning isn't as effective as you might think. They are one VPN away from a new IP address.
Even without a VPN, there's a decent chance of recycling your IP just by unplugging your cable modem for 15 minutes or so.
Not to mention that Cellular service providers have quite unstable IPs which often reset or change upon connection and disconnection, plus the ready availability of Public Wifi sources. IP just isn't a good metric anymore, if it really ever even was.
Yeah the better solution is to make the account creation a bit more expensive (timewise) to create the account. Either through email validation, captcha, admin approval, etc
