The edges are crunchy, the middle is soft. A skillet cookie is a giant cookie cooked in a skillet. Cookie butter is like peanut butter, but instead of ground peanuts, it's ground speculoos cookies.
Skillet cookie is exactly what I thought it would be and it sounds glorious
