I think someone is doing drunken karaoke on a microphone somewhere. No judgement. Been there done that.
If they were singing Pearl Jam's Evenflow it was me. One of my kids has discovered it recently. They're surprised I know the lyrics!
Nah definitely wasn't Pearl Jam. At first I thought it was commentary because of the State of Origin but then when I went outside it sounded more like crooning. Very bad drunken crooning.
Ah, not me then. However, if they feel like belting out "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" or "Love Will Keep Us Together" I'm there for it.
Do you duet with someone when you sing Don't Go Breaking My Heart? Are you Elton or Kiki or both?
As for which voice I'm flexible enough in that range to convince myself I do an ok job of either.

Actually not so much the last one.. I like to badly overextend myself when it comes to karaoke. It's got to be difficult. Just so I do it almost well but not great.
Is there such a thing as sober karaoke?
Yes there is. It goes from sober to slury on the spectrum.
