Wait, what?? I don't follow this kind of news, but is this because of Eat Bulaga moving to TV5 and taking over Showtime's timeslot? I remember reading people commenting about how there might be an Eat Bulaga–Showtime combo.
ABS-CBN still wants live broadcasts, not delayed.
They were offered 430 PM timeslot in TV5 but they declined

One version of this combo I've read somewhere is Showtime getting an earlier timeslot.
Personally speaking, sayang. I was kinda looking forward to such a combo—with a crossover portion between the two shows with lighthearted jabbing between the two shows' casts.
It's still possible with the Jalosjos' Eat Bulaga. lmao.
