Remove the Trotskyist community

It seems someone has created a /c/trotskyists community. I believe this community should be removed for what I think are obvious reasons.

It should be taken over by an admin and locked from new posts with the only post left up being an icepick image meme.
- This is the right answer. Keep the community, pass it to an admin, remove all the posts except one that has the picture of an Ice Pick.
