Mine are small enough that they don't get in the way so I don't really notice them most of the time. It's not like I forget they're there or anything, they just don't register going about my day to day unless I stop to pay attention. They are more sensitive when I'm aroused, and I can feel the fabric of my shirt against them especially when my nipples are hard
