So did Arizona. But Project 2025 plans to just ban it federally anyway. So it won't mean shit in the end.
Weed is illegal federally but that didn't stop states from allowing dispensaries. Maybe it's different in some way but I'm not sure how it would be.
The federal government, DEA, etc. said they wouldn't pursue cases in states that legalized it.
They 100% could if they wanted to. And there's no reason to believe that a new Trump admin would follow through on any promises like that going forwards, if they even made any.
And took old anti gay marriage OUT of the constitution
didn't they also spearhead decriminalization of weed?
For what good that did, when a federal abortion ban is all but guaranteed at this point.
