Using squat wedges
I find my heels lifting when squatting so I was thinking about using squat wedges. At the moment I use plates to support my heels but I would like something more stable. But I am not sure what angle I should choose though.
Does anyone have experience with them? If so, which one do you use (what material/angle) and how do you like them?
PS: I'm working on my ankle flexibility by doing both dynamic and static stretches but any advice on that is welcome too!

What sites/apps do you rely on on your fitness journey?
I used to have a list of sites that I go to but lost it in the migration. I visit examine regularly for nutrition. Exrx has tons of information but after a while, it gets overwhelming for me when navigating the site. I used to love simple science fitness but not anymore cause the content doesn’t feel simple anymore. I love Perseus for my daily workout journal. I’m interested to know what app anyone is using or their go to sites.
edit: wow you guys are awesome! I’m blown away by the diversity. 90% of the stuff you are using is my first time hearing it. I’m also interested with the open source health data aggregator! Never thought of that!
