have you tried a different bios for PCSX2
i have seen that thing only once in my life like 15 years ago, and almost burned the house down. then my stepdad just took that nasty bug in his hand and took it outside...
I've been dreaming of that for like 10 years but nah, we only get many shitty sensors instead.
goddamn you guys have more snow than we do in finland where usually at this time of year we should have a lot!
ntfs drives do work in linux, but there may be some issues sometimes. i switched alnost 2 years ago and i have distrohopped a bit. fedora and nobara had intermittent issues with the ntfs drive, it suddenly became unmountable and it takes some fighting to get it back. in mint, the drive constantly corrupts files and entire folders, and the only way to delete those is to boot into windows and delete them there.
oh there absolutely will be a launcher. all of their games since iv require login.
that's some black mirror stuff
still funny. for more giggles, look up the usain bolt segway oopsident
about a million years ago I had an HTC phone that had a trackball mouse thingy. that was cool. i think it was HTC desire, not sure.
i recently tried fedora kde spin and the drivers definitely weren't in the software center. and i don't like gnome so i didn't try the official one, but i did suspect that the official one could be more user friendly. good to know.
another pain point is installing nvidia drivers. the first time i spent like 2 hours searching the interwebs for a working instruction for my gpu...
didn't realize that was a legal issue. why can other distros automate it when installing the os?
that's fun because some of my teachers like to upload their course material to youtube...
yeah i find it too difficult to find decent content in there
nvidia? i have a somewhat similar issue on gta v. first it's locked up to 60fps and i need to alt tab to another window and back for it to go 120. haven't found a solution but i always assumed it was nvidia bug
still i bet it would absolutely suck to get hit by that
stood in my balcony with my pp out and someone saw me
Mint 22 won't suspend automatically
I have no idea how to troubleshoot this. Manually suspending works, and it suspends automatically usually about 1 - 2 days after rebooting, then suddenly even the screen won't turn off.
