Meesa propose we give the chancellor emergency powers to lower the price of eggs!
Isn't most of his wealth in stocks? If investors think Tesla is a bad stock (because no one will buy the cars), then Musk is poor.
I disagree with the fundamental assertion that software can be owned
I don't always agree with your views on trans people, Pug, but sometimes you make a great point. Keep on fighting the good fight.
Jokes aside at what point do you stop pointing the finger at everyone else and recognize that you just fucked up?
Indeed. The democrats should recognise their mistakes, and so should the voters. Either one could have stopped this, but they both chose stubbornness.
I disagree with the fundamental assertion that work is more important when it's paid.
Hopefully she apologized
She didn't. Imane had to make a criminal complaint to the French authorities for harassment. Rowling isn't sorry.
Rowling's political views ARE relevant to UK laws which affect trans people's lives. Labour sought a meeting with Rowling to discuss their new gender transition policy last year. Rowling demanded that Labour speak with various other groups she listed before she would meet with them, including the transphobic "LGB Alliance". She is exerting political power on the government of the United Kingdom to pursue a transphobic agenda with real consequences.
It is milk with some oat in it. The milk part of the oat. That's exactly what it is.
You mean people might think it's breast milk with some oat in it.
Rather than legislating plant milk, I suggest we legislate breast milk so that it legally has to have the word breast on the packaging.
The apartment was rent controlled, and legally leased by Monica's dead grandmother. Monica was committing fraud.
Are you forgetting the time JK Rowling accused Olympic women's boxing champion Imane Khelif of being a man, because she isn't white? I think there's no excuse for racist and misogynist comments like that. I do believe Rowling was being sincere in her opinions of Imane. The problem is that Rowling genuinely cannot tell Algerian women from men, and yet still insists on subjecting the world to her opinion.
Well excuse me for thinking coloured hair is cool.
Go ahead and separate the art from the artist. You're still a fan of a book that demeans women for having masculine traits, engages in pro-slavery myths, doesn't bother to represent Asian people authentically and uses an asian girl as an object for a white boy to fall in love with, engages in homophobic allegory about AIDS, uses insensitive names for black people, uses racist Irish stereotypes for comedy, plays off rape trauma as funny, mocks anti-slavery political movements, and villifies aro/ace/apla people.
The wonderful world of real life fashion movements.
Techwear is beautiful. And I can't help seeing something queer in the design language.
There are honestly still Harry Potter fans? How? Why? Are you all Nazis or something?
And what of the young people with green hair wearing a million pouches, a bulletproof vest, gothic combat boots, and a face-concealing gas mask?
Well, it's a power of two multiplied by a power of ten.
