Skyline From Centre Island Ferry

Happy Long Weekend everyone! I took this picture on a stellar day in July 2023.

Osgoode Intersection

Photo taken January 2024. The view of Queen Street here and at Yonge may change drastically when the Ontario Line (aka Downtown Relief Line) is built.

Scarborough Bluffs Beach

Photo taken June 2023.

Despite being popular on summer weekends, the bluffs are a bit of a less-advertised hidden gem of Metro Toronto. The entrance to Bluffer's park is one of the city's steepest grades on a main road.

Old City Hall From New City Hall

Photo taken May 2023, from the top floor of the current City Hall building, roughly 30 stories up, looking southeast with downtown in view. The framing is a little off because the barrier made it difficult to get a good picture.

Union Station Departure Board

Photo taken January 2024.

Toronto Union Station is North America's second busiest train station, only behind New York Penn. It serves national VIA trains, regional GO trains, Amtrak's Maple Leaf train service, some regional buses, and also connects to the TTC subway and streetcars.

The large departure board and clock in Toronto Union Station's Great Hall has been in and out of working condition in the last few years, and as many of you in Toronto would know the station has only recently finished an extended period of renovation.

Kennedy Station Turnaround Loop

Photo Taken June 2023. A section of track where train cars of the now-defunct Scarborough RT originally looped around to serve customers after dropping them off.

R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant

One of Toronto's engineering marvels with the namesake of a legendary Public Works Commissioner for the City of Toronto, Ronald Caldwell Harris. The building opened in 1941.

Also known as the "Palace of Purification". Photo taken June 2023.
