A thumbnail for a video I made

I made this for a video of mine but I am a big fan of just making good art as my thumbnails instead of bothering with actual thumbnail techniques that people do.

I don't make videos in order to make money so most of the thumbnails I make end up like this.

1

Seahorse Propaganda

For those that don't know, in seahorses, the male of the species carries the baby.

Painted my shoes

I somehow ended up at a local block party (I was walking past and they had free pizza) and ended up painting my shoes.

'Quantum' - Gold ink on black satogami paper - 70x100 cm Linocut Print

Sci-fi / Physics inspired linocut print. The entire central vertical part is the graphic representation of the famous double split experiment which HiGhTLiGhT the wave / corpuscle duality of light.

Everything is mixed with abstract elements and scientific diagrams about quantum physics. the composition is above all graphic, it is not popularization or a scientific representation.

Falling

I recently started making my own paper and then that resulted in me... Having a lot of paper...

I'm normally a digital artist but now that I had a lot of paper I decided to remake some of my old works traditionally and this was one of them :D

The original is a lot darker and all of the colors are different but I don't actually own very many colors. The hair is supposed to be brown for example but the closest I owned was neon orange so I attempted some blending.

I used brush pens for both the outline and the coloring on top of handmade paper.

Alazir Station

An illustration for my work-in-progress novel Sailor for the Second Dusk. Depicted is the interior of Alazir Station, a space habitat built into the tail of a comet in the Deltauri system, and the last free nation of the Hyades Cluster. Due to the overwhelming presence of water ice in the rock surrounding Alazir's primary centrifuge drum, excess moisture has seeped inside and given the station a distinctly rainy and miserable climate. Nonetheless, Alazir is a city famed for its lively streets steeped in bright neon, casting gaudy rays to mingle with the colourful fabrics of merchant tents, dappled and wavering in a wet and heavy mist which carries every manner of culinary scent high into the cold air. Airship Dock

A standalone painting from my ideas backlog. On a distant planet, several airships approach a towering dock secluded within a remote valley. Source Personal Website

3

Derelict Station

A painting of a scene from my work-in-progress novel Sailor for the Second Dusk. Three spacer pirates stop to scavenge supplies from what they think is an ancient derelict station, but soon find it was destroyed far more recently than they thought. Among these spacers is the main character, who is still getting used to his suit and manoeuvring pack. Source Personal Website

Lowpoly (ish) Vtuber Model

cross-posted from: https://crystals.rest/post/13842

> This is my vtuber model, I have no idea why I didn't think to share it. I'm currently on a different version of it, and I also need to work on it more, but this was my first "finished" human or rigged model. > > It's lowpoly (ish) because the face needs a lot more detail for arkit tracking! And also because I don't know what I'm doing :)
