API Error: couldn't find object

This seems to have surfaced when trying to open an Mbin magazine from Connect (via Lemmy of course), by tapping on them in the subs list (or searching/tapping).

If I search for [email protected] or [email protected] they both give this error, so I think it's something to do with Mbin magazines. I haven't seen it happen on Lemmy communities.

Hopefully tapping those links will show the error - they do here.

Source instance shown at top of post.

When browsing on lemmy.ca/c/all and I click through to a post, the local source instance and community for a post is shown as lemmy.world/c/hot. The source instance is something completely different and shown in the post info bar below the title.

This can get awkward when I think I am commenting on a post I think is on lemmy.world or lemmy.ca when it might actually be lemmy.ml.

Highlighting the source instance a little better would be super awesome.

Anyone else seeing 'couldnt_get_comments'

Since yesterday, clicking from the front page to any discussion gives a blank page with couldnt_get_comments error and a 'refresh' button that takes you back to the front page

This happens the same when trying with different instances, logged in or not logged in, and after uninstall/reinstall.

3

custom server URL option

in the spirit of the fediverse it would be good to be able to enter any Lemmy server address so the ones listed don't get hammered but to also allow people to branch out anywhere. cheers!

when going into a post it shows the parent post content for a second, and then errors out to this screen. Multiple servers tried.

No it's not because of my battery charge lol. I had to log in on a browser to view anything, and to create this post.
