What is volunteering/teaching at UoP like?
As an already exhausted, newly tenured faculty member at an R1, UoP sounds like all the things that I care deeply about but do not have the energy to engage with. What's it like volunteering?

I'm still a student, but from what I see I will say that instructors don't do much but grading most of the time
