What do I fill into the Language dropdown when creating posts?

So theres a warning "Warning: If you deselect Undetermined, you will not see most content." which doesnt make sense to me when creating a post.

So, do I fill in english or do I leave it as undetermined/Select Language?

I think that that warning was only supposed to show up in the profile settings
- That's what I think too. The widget probably got reused, and then later they added that warning but it ended up showing in both places.
  
  I think you're supposed to choose the languages your used in the post.
