R/fountainpens. Other forums exist, but they aren't (a) as easy to use (b) as welcoming to newbies, yet (c) still full of experts.
I'm guessing lots of hobby subs are like that.

Always weird to see the passion in these niche forums. it's sad to see it go... Hopefully we get some back here and on other sites,
