[Release][v1.6.5] Improve

This is a minor update on top of v1.6.2. This update fixed a few bugs. It also adds some minor features. Check the changelog for details.

Changelog:

• Added setting for classic thread lines but with colors.
• Added setting to show instance names for posts/comments.
• Fixed a bug where upvote/downvote buttons appear multiple times.
• Fixed a bug where the downvote arrow would be visible even if upvote/downvote is not enabled
• Fixed a rare crash
• Fixed a bug where some settings would require an app restart to be applied
