Crosspost - Transferring ownership of UpliftingNews.world

So not sure the process on transferring communities across Lemmy but since some unforseen issues mean I can't mod as much, I'm looking to transfer ownership. If anyone knows the steps or is willing to get things going then message me and lemme know.

I'm also willing to do that with all the ones I got but UpliftingNews is the biggest one and I don't know how many I can send at once.

    • Sure. I got a buncha communities I mod that could use it though not sure if one per post is better or if just gathering what I can into one works.

      • Try to bundle as much as possible, like into topics. For some extra valuable communities like HL, mirrors edge, firefox css and consoles - feel free to create independent posts for these.

        • Found how to transfer communities so that should be good. I got one other post with a few of em here though if more are necessary then I can obviously post per community. I also have a few on another instance though merging/dealing with those is not something I know the solution to.
