Probably because it would suck to carry it every time it needs to be moved.
Jesus, how often do you move your setup?
I don't, but this guy probably does since i think it's just for testing and is probably only setup temporarily. Either way if I had an air conditioner like this i would appreciate the wheels because they are super heavy.
