The police will likely shoot a dog during a raid
The kid is crying in the pic tho. Pretty sure the cops aren’t weeping afterwards. If anything they have a huge grin on their face with a boner.
You could maybe read it as the cop having implicit knowledge and mourning the loss before he takes action. Like "I sure will miss ya"

right, but now the cop has to shoot their gf.
Which given the number of domestic abusers who are cops, still probably aren't crying.
