That Colorado number looks awfully suspicious given the values of its neighboring states.
Most people are probably living at high elevation in Colorado. This likely has something to do with it. Elevation means lower oxygen in the air which means your heart and lungs have to work harder to get oxygen into your body.
Unfortunately, it also increases mental health issues (probably has something to do with the frequent mass shootings in CO).
I’d guess that more people get out and about… mountain bikes, horses hiking and skiing
Would be my first guess
