Let's just hope people don't vote for these leeches again. I despair.
Although as you say, I'm not confident that things are going to get better under Labour - from what I understand they're just planning to tax higher earners more in order to increase placements for students, but surely two of the biggest factors causing problems right now are poor pay and having to fund your own medical education? Taking away free medical tuition was one of the stupidest moves ever made.
8 months before the election, prepare to see the right wing media gear into action and spread lies about everyone except the Tories, and the 20 point leaf labour had will likely disappear, and I would be surprised if the Tories get back in again.
However, rishi sunak seems to be a candidate that even the Tories hate, perhaps because he's not white and richer and more succe6and powerful than the average Tory voter- at least they found something in common with the Clown - an idiot who "you could have a pint with".

I am expecting the lead to dwindle, but not by as much as you would expect because the Tories have used all the bullets up trying to hide from the truth in other areas.
So yes, I would agree with you in any other election period except this one. For that media will have an impact, but that impact is lessoned by the lack of trust that the media is viewed with these days. Even Tories know that we are being led up the garden path when it comes to the UK media.
