Signed up to email list despite clicking you didnt want to receive promotional emails
- Unsubscribe from this email list
- Need to fill out questionnaire as to why you want to unsubscribe from email list that you never asked to be subscribed to
- dont select an option and just press next
- Error: you must select a reason for unsubscribing
- Click random option and press next
- Are you sure you want to unsubscribe?
- Click "yes"
- Website lags, "error, we are unable to unsubscribe you at this time. Please try again later"
You hadn't selected a reason, so they knew it was a mistake. They are looking out for you mate, you should thank them
