Thai chicken wings, how you make those?
I use the serious eats "oven fried wings" recipe to prep then cook them in the air fryer. When there's about 3mins left I pull them, toss in a sauce made of neutral oil, lime juice, smashed ginger and garlic, fish sauce, and sambal. Then finish cooking them. They're fucking amazing.
