Is anyone else still getting ruined by the Canada fires?

I still feel like total shit, can't tell if it's just my allergies or if I should still be blaming the air quality.

I'm feeling a lot better now that it's rained. My sinuses are still in the gutter, but the coughing and general throat irritation are gone
