Had one of ‘those’ rounds today… ever figure out what you are doing wrong when you are on 16?

So today, I felt like I was going to play lights out and started off with a birdie. That’s when it all fell apart until hole 16 where I finally discovered what I was doing that felt so different and proceeded to finish birdie, birdie, birdie…

47 on the front and 40 on the back with a quadruple bogey…

Ever have rounds like that and tips to avoid it?

Happens to me all the time. I just try to remember the adjustment I needed to make and ensure I do that my following round.
- Yeah. For me it was rushing my takeaway. Slowed it down on 16 and almost had my first hole in one today. Was about 8 inches past the cup and it rolled over the cup and bounced off the back of the cup.
