It happened. Bye bye, RIF!

As much as I like browsing the Fediverse with Liftoff, RIF was just such a refined app. At the end RIF was what Reddit could have been.

  • I am still using Apollo with my own key. But well RIP to the apps. Will be missed.

    • I have Infinity installed with my own key, but I realized how much reddit kinda sucks so I just stopped using it overall anyways.

      • Can’t really stop using Reddit since I mod a university sub. But yea it went to shit for sure.

        • One day your university 'sub' will be a uni hosted instance on ActivityPub, possibly Lemmy.

          • I really hope that happens but for now nobody moved even when I created a Lemmy instance for them.
