Not a place that's too expensive (~$15 for Rainbow is reasonable)

What region of Denver? I know of a couple, but they are North and East of Denver (Thornton area and East)
I'll drive anywhere, I'm just looking for good places to go.
I don't live in Denver so it doesn't matter to me.
I had Hapa in Greenwood Village this past weekend. It was not my favorite but they have multiple locations throughout the metro. It might have just been the choice in rolls.
I honestly prefer Go Fish in Westminster. They have other locations across the metro as well.

Yum Asian Fusion - Commerce City
Sushi Katsu - Aurora
Banzai Sushi - Aurora (they have an all you can eat option)
Havent tried it yet, but have a gift card for Uchi Sushi I am excited to try, but they seem a little more expensive.Thanks! I'll try those!
None of them are super fancy. But they are solid options for suburbia. I'm sure some of the food vlogs on tiktok will have neater options.
Just saw one called Sushi Train. That looks fun! Its served on a toy train.
