As far as anime goes, I’ll vote for Bloom Into You and The Demon Girl Next Door. Also, going to tentatively include Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, though I don't know how that relationship will end. Manga is a bit harder to narrow down, given the number of options. Guess I’ll make a list (unordered):

Likewise. I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much (because being Gundam is suffering), but the show seems to be hinting pretty heavily that SuleMio is endgame.
Night owls and summer skies was made daily pass on webtoons which means you can't binge read it and you're forced to wait
It's better to see if you can find it on tachiyomisy sources that do webtoons
I hate webtoons daily pass as much as I hate webtoons originals ruining stories of webcomic authors and removing their independence and creative freedom
